Like most other little girls at the moment, Emmy is OBSESSED with Unicorns. So when we started talking about her 4th Birthday she was admaent she wanted a Unicorn party. This year we had it at home and she just had her cousins (she has so many cousins ha ha) and a few of my friends. Our main colours were pink (of course), pale blue, lilac & gold.
As always I teamed up with a few of my fave party people, Lisa from Burnt Butter made the stunning hand painted watercolour chocolate mud cake, the vanilla cupcakes, the sleepy eyed unicorn cake pops and the unicorn shortbread biscuits, it all looked to pretty to eat but thankfully we did eat it as it was as yummy as ever. I also purchased Balloons and party ware from Burnt Butter and hired her gorgeous cake stands too. Jen from Love JK worked her creative genius to create the personalised back drop & stationary. The pink mini Bentwood chairs and mini tables are from Mini Party People. Angela from Bespoke Botanics nailed my flower brief and everyone commented on how stunning the flowers were. I worked with Mandy from Fete Cartel to pull together the most perfect & pretty paper decorations and even created a photo wall.
I also worked with some fab new party business, Nic from Merc and Jones created the gorgeous cake topers, garland & pin the horn on the unicorn game. The fairy floss from Under the Cotton Tree was definitely a favourite for the kids.
And last but not least meet Penny the Unicorn (I mean Pony) from a brand new company called Melbourne Pony & Piñata, They specialise in Designer Ponies for parties, so that pretty much means they will match the pony to your style/event. Courtney & Nat are also party stylists so they can help out with your entire party if you need.
