Miss Emmy is turning 5 this week, which I am struggling to believe, I know as Mothers we say this a lot, but I honestly cannot believe how fast time is going it feels like only yesterday she was a baby and in less then 6 months she will be a school girl…. OMG!!! Anyway back to the party. For the last few months Emmy has been talking about having a party with her Kinder friends (all her other parties have mostly been our family and my friends). So this year I thought id do 2 parties (you only turn 5 once, right?) Party 1 with her little Kinder friends and Party 2 with her cousins.
Welcome to party 1.
One of our fave stores, Florrie in High St Armadale have the sweetest little party room and as soon as we checked it out we booked it in. The party room is avalible to book on weekends and parties are fully supervised, so parents can drop the kids off and come back or hang around in the cute cafe at the front of the store. The party includes The gorgeous Florrie invitations, a sweet gift for the birthday girl and her doll, pass the parcel, craft activity, we chose to make doll dresses, a full high tea, Florrie balloons and take home treat for the guests. Girls can bring their own Doll or Teddy to join them for afternoon tea or they can borrow a Florrie Doll for the party.
Because I am party obsessed I added a few extra pieces of my own, extra balloons, cupcakes (you don’t need extra but I wanted to scatter on the table) and the beautiful cake all from Burnt Butter. I also added the cutest custom lolly pops by Sweet Party Pops to the table and to the take home bags, these were a big hit.
Enjoy the pics taken by my gal Tara Dixon.
